Music Gallery Show

Posted by waltergoschen on Feb 26, 2007
We had a show at the Music Gallery on Saturday night and it went really well. Although, despite the smooth performance and great reception and sundry compliments, at the end of the night I must say I felt a huge void in my life more than usual. Like a celebrity coming home to a huge empty mansion after winning an oscar or an empty first day of summer. All the same it was a good night, and I'm hugely grateful to Tanya and Matthew for setting it up. Plus, apparently we sold 35 compact discs and had 96 audience members. I'm tired. What should I eat for dinner? We got the whole show recorded, by the way. So now we have this live CD of it that we're gonna give away for free. If anyone ever looks at this thing and is reading this and wants one, just email me.

About Lanterns

My name is Alexander and I live in a little one-room apartment with my friend Joel in a big building in a big city. I write songs because i love you and to explore this place I'm in and fill the empty spaces. I spend a lot of time trying to make a beautiful thing and write lyrics nicely while trying to reach across the valley between people. Please listen and email me with any thoughts.
