So I sit here on a couch in Halifax after a short tour of Ontario with my band The Jimmy Swift Band. We're currently on our DVD Release tour for our new DVD "JSB Live at the Marquee". The DVD itself has turned out rather well I suppose and we're all pretty proud of it. It marks the first time I've ever mixed in 5.1 which was super cool. I was able to spend four days at Toronto's excellent Cherry Beach Sound mixing the beast. If you're interested in picking up a copy and JSB is not hitting up your town you can find it at your local HMV - if they don't have it then ask them to order it from Outside Music. On this tour I've been setting up contacts to bring my solo show to various towns in Ontario and the maritimes. I hope to make it a regular occurrence so check here or the myspace to find any dates!
