Started in 1992 by Sarah Harmer Weeping Tile took on a full-time touring lifestyle shortly after her sister Mary, Luther Wright & Cam Giroux joined up in '93. Their first full release "Cold Snap" was released through WEA in Canada and Tag/Atlantic in the U.S. and received accolades as a pop gem that still stands up in all it's glory. The band honed it's live show and with the replacement of sister Mary by a girl named Sticky they hit the studio to record Valentino in 1997 and continued touring North America until the ringing in the ears lead them off on different musical paths. Wright & Cam Giroux formed Luther Wright & the Wrongs and Harmer took on a softer pop sound that lead her as well into the roots world and Juno awards for her 2nd and 3rd cds.
