Windom Earle
Originally based in Charlottetown, Windom Earle reside in Halifax and feature Stephan MacLeod (guitar/beats), alongside Greg Boone (bass) and Matt Packman (keyboards) also of the Halifax band Sharp Like Knives. Windom Earle has three albums [Standard Equipment (1998), The New Technology (2000) and The Things I Do For Girls (2004)] and is working on it’s fourth. The band has shared the bill with Books On Tape (Los Angeles), Akron/Family (Brooklyn) and Japanther (New York). They’ve remixed Cape Breton’s Rock Ranger and the Shangri-Las, and have never been nominated for an East Coast Music Award.
