Veronica Charnley

Veronica Charnley is a singer/songwriter from Ottawa, Canada. She studies music and contemporary dance at Concordia University in Montreal. Veronica has recently teamed up with a double bassist Gerg Horvath whom she met at a jazz open stage while both were performing jazz standards. They have recorded a full-length CD of her original folk/pop songs called 'Deeper Still' at Distortion Studios. Veronica has recently composed original music for a play entitled "Something Borrowed" in the Ottawa 2001 Fringe Fest. She was also commissioned to write music for dance at the Canada Dance Festival 2000 (in Ottawa), and performed at the festival as a singer and actor.
