Andrew & Nick Koole and Conrad Dykman, The Gates of Love, joined The Magician(Nathan Moes) in early 2010, after Moes had completed his first EP, Who Will Cut Your Grass When I'm Gone? Moes' heartfelt songs of longing were energized by the presence of trumpet and saxophone, harmonies and full kit drum noise, and as a group they produced the wonderfully throwback "Singles Series," which includes the dreamy hit "A Gentleman's Harvest." Live, the band plays pop music at it's finest. They make you dance with propelling jams, and make you drink and mourn with regret.
