Formed from 3/4 of the surviving members of Vancouver legends STATIONa, a band that recorded three LPs and was notorious for providing a wall of sound; often leaving its audience stramming for more or in an ambulence. In contrast to their roots, the Doers have managed to capture the intensity of STATIONa but with a portion of the volume, minus one member and far less gear. They take listeners and viewers alike on a journey that partially resembles a Carlos Castenada novel, only with larger font and better prose. Having recently enjoyed their fifth birthday, the Doers are now a trio once again; joined by long-time friend Shawn Mrazek (Flash Bastard, The Notes From Underground). This trio/version has been together for two years, an album called Gaiety, and an EP called Plus Bien.
