I am a professional musician who is sick of the local scenes and the steriotypical bands that surround us. There is not much that bands put in to music now. They take their influence from something that has been done over and over a thousand times, make up lyrics about something that they themselves cant even relate to but sounds cool, & recreate the exact same shit we just listened to. Everyone is more worried about writing the song that is "their" sound. But if you are writing it, it is your sound. And once you change it to better fit your sound you just lost what you came to find . .and it is no longer "yours". - I am currently recording a full length album with producer Rick Salt. It has been an amazing experience thus far and I have made great progress. The cd will have 13 tracks and will go into many different genres ,it will be the starting point of my career and I hope that it may give people a new perspective on music. I feel it is original and goes back to the first intensions of music. This album is about family, friends, confidence, progression, history of music, chapters of our life, wasted time, fakes, fools, love, down time, and most of all how i have felt during the past 5 years. - I started playing music in 1998 with afew guys from my school. Ever since day one of starting that band, music has been the biggest part of my life. When I first started playing, I knew that this was not just a hobbie of mine but is my career, my passion. …

My songs will forever hold a part of me. - "So it has taken me this long, to make something out of this, the reason we had started was not why we kept doing it". Sometimes you are unsure what you are doing. Sometimes you lose confidence. But if u just keep playing, and dont think about what it is you want the song to be , and think about what the song is, that is when it is written in its proper form and flows naturally. I have had so many ups and downs during the recording of this cd. Days where I wake up and think that these songs aren't my style. I think I am under cutting myself. Somedays I want to scrap all I have and make a death metal cd, when other days I just want to make a acoustic rock album. But I know there is time for all that. These songs 13 songs came out so quickly it was rediculous. Each song feels like its own story. The album as a whole feels like a movie with a introduction, a problem, a solution & a conclusion. - I thought I knew when I started playing what kind of musician I was, and what path i would take, but over the last 10 years, most of all the last year, have I really seen my strengths and have seen the options in my music career. I know that all I can do is keep practicing and keep thinking up ways to better what it is I work so hard for. The things I have over come already as a musician is enough for me to be confident and move with big steps forward without looking back. - Playing with negative attitude people slows down all progression and limits people on their instruments. Playing with people who have different intensions than you does the same. Constant changing of members weakens the walls of a band that was once formed solid and eventually becomes frail from breaking and rebuilding so many times. If you have found someone you enjoy playing music with, keep it at that, don't go searching desperatly for others or you'll only become disapointed and find that you are forcing something to work rather than absorbing the new flow that should naturally come with it. - "Those times are long gone now, everything we ever did doesnt mean much to anyone else, but it sure was fun" . - As my music career moves ahead it feels like I am leaving behind the things that made me become the musician I am today. It takes a long time to realize there will be alot of bands you will play with over the years, and there will be lots that you wont, but know that everyone is just the same as you. They all have their own idea of what music is to them. They all know what they like & they all practice just like you, some more than others. Always be greatful you had the chance to play with all those other musicians, what you may of picked up unknowingly is what makes music neverending
