Sweet Thing is a five piece Toronto band that plays an upbeat, infectious brand of indie rock. Charged with dueling guitars, foot stomping grooves, soulful harmony singing and a healthy dose of hand claps, they want to make you dance. Influences range from classic rock (The Beatles, CCR, The Band) to Motown/Soul (Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson) to indie power pop (Sloan, Ted Leo). This is music for the easily bored and the young at heart. The kids have got moxy!
