Shrimpmeat is a peppy Vancouver power pop trio that's been together about two years. We just recorded our first ep, tastefully titled "100% ep", five short tunez, in the spring, and the response for the as yet unreleased CD-R has been really amazing! We get alternately poppy, punky, surfy, moody and jazzy as the mood takes us... Shannon Hallett plays drums and sings. Mike Breen plays guitar and doesn't sing at thhe moment. Regina Michaelis plays bass and sings occasionally at the same time as Shannon and sometimes in between what Shannon sings. We also play in Lavish (Mike), Pet Fairies (Regina) and Arthur Ellis 2000 (Shannon). We are mixing a full CD for the release later this year
