Sue Wood's love of song and story combined with her unique sense of humour and perspective all come together in her songs for children. From ‘Babies Are Gross’ to ‘Not Me’, her second recording entitled ‘Bear With Me’ entertains both children and the child in us all. Performing over the last 15 years as a visiting artist in the schools, for her sons, and while on exchange in Australia has allowed Sue to develop a genuine connection with her audience. Her direct acoustic approach to her music, her skill as a singer/songwriter along with a sprinkling of harmony have made more than one parent comment that this CD is a must for the car ride home guaranteed to keep kids happy and not drive parents crazy. Her first recording ‘Music for Bears and small Children’ originally released on cassette was very well received and in response to demand is currently in production for release in CD format.
