With tons of live experience and a successful independent CD “Mind the Gap”, Parkside Jones continues to move forward with original material that move peoples’ minds and bodies. Its line-up of 5 members keeps Parkside’s tradition of tight grooves, while "moving from P-Funk to a more experimental pop musicianship”. With fat basslines, solid beats, instrumental interludes and her-and-his vocal trade-offs, the songs are filled with loose and lighthearted interplay that can quickly turn intense.
