molly has dyptheria. we met a man named ezra meeker on the trail. he's mighty old but his spirit is still kickin. it's his fourth trip. he likes the jaw harp and played us some nice songs, including one called 'pack of wolves' that really scared us. hunting is good. two bison already. we had turtle soup last night and that ain't half bad even when sitting on the grass and eating out of tin cans. do not think we regret coming - no, far from it. we are happy and contented, notwithstanding, we get very hungry and weary. will the lord give us the patience to endure it. hurry up, oh pioneers, keep movin - our faithful little band must never fail............ *
organ trail, comprised of 4 theory clueless band virgins from the valley, started in autumn of 2003 after someone thought of the name.. we tell the tragic and awe inspiring story of the journey across the plains to oregon, incorporating props like real wagon wheels and cow skulls into our shows and we also feature a screen show. we played 3.5 shows before heading our separate ways in june 2004 in order to see a little more of the world...
stay tuned for a reunion tour and some better quality recordings.
