A self-taught musician, Mary's voice has been described as "wonderfully imprecise"(Toronto Star) She has just won a Genie award for Best original song for ALREADY GONE from the Canadian Feature THE TROTSKY. When she can gather the courage she performs an eclectic solo show, occasionally accompanying herself with a kick-drum and hi-hat or tapdancing, though not especially well.
