Little Silver Tabby began as the studio project of Cedalou Torma, a multi-instrumentalist from Hamilton, Ontario. Over the past couple of years he has been playing in the Steel City, building interest in his melodic approach to songwriting and learning as a musician.
In July 2009 Little Silver Tabby released its first set of recordings, a 6 song EP entitled Weak Teen Magazine. Recorded at Cedalou's home studio over the span of a month, the songs represent a nascent songwriter beggining to find his way in the vast realm of indie pop. Shortly thereafter friends were recruited to make Little Silver Tabby a fully fledged band. The music they play can be described as Bedroom Pop; the meshing of lyrical meaning with expressive musical arrangements by very little means.
