Julie Doiron

Julie Doiron started playing music in 1990 in indie rawk darlings Eric's Trip, in 1994 she started to write and record solo songs under the moniker Broken Girl. In 1997 she changed her moniker to her proper name Julie Doiron. Julie Doiron has released three full-length records as well as numerous singles and 1999's "Will You still love me?" EP Julie Doiron won a Juno Award in 2000 for her album "Julie Doiron and the Wooden Stars." Presently Julie Doiron is acting as a studio vocalist for the Tragically Hip, Gord Downie, Snailhouse and has released three tracks on the shanti projects 2. She plans to record a full length record for late 2001.
