Frederic Fortin is a Quebec singer-songwriter. Playing every rock instrument, this
unusual character does his best to go against the critics and Quebec’s establishment. He, in fact, believes that critics take his music much more
seriously than he does himself…
His debut album, released in 1996 and titled “Joseph Antoine Frédéric
Fortin Perron”, won many praise. It was then followed in 2000 by “Le
plancher des vaches” and, in 2004, “Planter le décor” which sold more than 10 000 copies.
He is currently releasing his new album, Plastrer la lune, which he recorded and produced himself.
