Clone is a pretentious, generic socio-sonic activist and a founding
member of the on-hiatus and off-line Vancouver multimedia collective Mediacore. He deplores the
socio-sonic conservativism of expression-inhibiting scenesterism. Apart
from making improvised, meditative effects pedal-enabled noise/ambience,
his "sonicatharsis" also includes dark CPU'd soundscapesque work and the
DJ'd abrasion of hardcore, broken beats, "non-DJ store" drum'n'bass, and
other experimental beats and textures.
