Blake Bliss started
as a solo electronic project in 2006
based in the Greater Toronto Area.
Blake, inspired by his inner struggle with depression, wrote all the
lyrics and sang on top of Tnon's electronic productions. The duo released their first album called
Betrayal Inc in early 2007. In late
2007, Blake started an acoustic project with long time friend Aeson called
Letterbox Black. With Tnon as producer,
Aeson playing guitar and Blake's vocals, they released a self-titled acoustic
EP in 2008.
After playing shows across
North America and building their internet presence by partnering with
YouTube.com and BlogTV.com, work began
on the first Letterbox Black full length in early 2009. In early 2010, Blake Bliss and Letterbox
Black were combined into one project under the Blake Bliss name which features both their acoustic and electronic talents.
Their new full length
album, Your Demons Cry, is now released under the Blake Bliss name. For more information visit
