Experimental folk musician, enemy of cultural and political anti-evolutionary forces, and pioneer of intuitive journalism, Bad Feng Shui makes music with primitive "tracking" programs and cheap synthesizers. Bad Feng Shui currently works with the promotion collective and label Mediacore, taking claw hammers to turntables in various low-rent venues. His work has been featured on the CBC website http://www.120seconds.com and has been played on CBC Radio's "Brave New Waves." He is working on his third full-length release (tentatively titled "Return to Decency") and has also been collaboring with East Vancouver MC C.R. Avery. Shui can sometimes be spotted wandering the streets with his shopping cart-based soundsystem accompanied by partners in counter-reality.
