The name Atlantic Tiger was born on the Vancouver SeaBus as two young, rambunctious peers looked out upon the ocean's horizon and spotted a huge cargo ship with the unusual name across its side in big, bold, white letters. Previously known as thebranches and amanda jet-setter, Atlantic Tiger is now the official moniker for Amanda Hutchison's musical project. The tunes are generally on the rough side, due to its lack of mastering, but one day Amanda believes she can learn the ropes when it comes to mixing/EQing her own music.
