Adding Images to Your Gallery
Adding images to your profile has now gotten easier!
Simply upload an image, and use our image cropper to automatically create images that look best on the CBC Radio 3 site.
Image Requirements
You'll see the best results by uploading JPG or PNG files, of at least 450 X 450 pixels in size.
Follow these 4 steps and start working on your gallery:
- 1. Press the Edit Images button in your user profile page to get the process started. For Artists, go to your profile and select the images section.
- 2. The first time you visit this page, there will be no images present. Click the Upload an Image button to start the upload process.
- 3. Once you've uploaded your image, use the image croppers to select the part of the image you would like to use on the site. There are two crops to be made; one is square, the other is rectangular.
If your image is smaller than minimum dimensions that we require, a black background will be placed around the image to bring it up to the minimum size.
- 4. Once there are images present in your gallery, you can then add captions and photo credits to each photo, and if necessary, re-organize your photos via drag and drop.
