The much-loved band Cuff The Duke (originally from Oshawa, now of Toronto) have informed CBC Radio 3 that their new album is ready to roll!
The record, which will be the band's fourth, is called Way Down Here, and will be released on September 8 2009, on Hardwood Records in Canada and Ernest Jennings Records in the States. Esteemed Toronto painter Stew Jones, who did the beautiful cover art for the band's last album Sidelines Of The City, has contributed another original painting for the cover of Way Down Here.
Cuff The Duke will launch the Way Down Here Canadian tour on September 12, which will take them coast to coast. Expect to hear a new track from Way Down Here on CBC Radio 3 soon!
