James Franco, star of Milk, Pineapple Express, Spider-Man, and one of the greatest TV shows ever, Freaks and Geeks, paid specific tribute to one of our very own freaky geeks, Carl Wilson. Carl is a Toronto blogger, music critic, author, and one-time Polaris Prize grand juror.
Franco spoke about Carl's book Let's Talk About Love: A Journey To The End Of Taste (part of the Continuum 33 1/3 series). In the book, Carl examines his loathing of Celine Dion's music, and explores why certain music genres appeal to some while offending others.
