The nominees for the 2010 East Coast Music Awards (ECMA) were announced today with several artists receiving multiple nominations. Joel Plaskett leads the pack with - count 'em - eight nominations. Other artists also up for fistfuls of awards include Classified, In-Flight Safety, Amelia Curran, Chris Kirby, Caledonia, Jenn Grant, Dave Gunning, Catherine MacLellan and The Motorleague.
The 2010 East Coast Music Awards Festival and Conference will be held March 4th -7th in Sydney, Cape Breton and will feature performances from East Coast musicians like Two Hours Traffic, Tim Chaisson, The Danks, The Novaks and far too many more to list here.
