I heart Halifax. I love the people, I love the town, and I love the smell of garlic and rock n’ roll in the air every time.

And judging by the performances and comments from all the musicians at this year’s Pop Explosion, they’re pretty fond of the place too.

    I just have to say again how thankful I am to you guys at CBC radio 3 for all the hard work you do to make people like me living over seas miss home a little less! Korea feels much more homey thanks to you cannibals! Thanks again. You guys are awesome... I almost feel like I'm in my Halifax homeland partaking in the festivities....almost.
