Meligrove Band bass player
Michael Small has just released a new EP with his other band,
Sports.
"Mike plays bass on every song," says the Meligrove Band via
MySpace. "It's pretty awesome if you ask us."

a new project from songwriter
Nathan Rekker of
the Carnations, along with friends
Shayne Cox (
Polmo Polpo),
Robin Hatch and Small. The Toronto group names
the Zombies,
Pavement,
Chad VanGaalen and
Shocking Blue as a few of its influences.
The CD and vinyl won't be available until later in 2009, but you can download the EP for
$4.44 at
Zunior.
