I was corrected.  To pronounce the Alberta town of Twin Butte, you must think of the word beaut, as in "ain't she a..." NOT your keister.  That was where Doug Andrew was calling from. 

He and his band, Circus in Flames, are in the middle of a very condensed West Coast tour that will take them up to the end of August.   Doug joined me from a pay phone, close to the Twin Butte General Store, the venue he was to play that night.
