List o' the Week: Top 11 Declarative Band Names

I tell you... this office is full of music nerds. And music nerds with access to a library like New Music Canada often get to arguing about weird things like what are the best declarative band names.

Now, not all of these are from NMC, and I won't get into the arguments behind this decision, but suffice to say this: we, your friends at Radio 3, think these are the top eleven declarative band names going.
